After a product quote gets submitted, our customer service team prepares an official quote with pricing. We use this quote to confirm any special requests or customizations. We can also make extra product recommendations or substitutions to provide the best value. Once our customer confirms, the order is officially placed.

Order Submission
Once a customer has issued official confirmation, the order will be submitted. Any changes to an order after confirmation should get relayed to our customer service team right away. We can often intercept production, reroute shipping, or add extra units, but it’s important we receive word as soon as possible.
